This month, we will be watching a video documenting Steve Jobs' career (about 1 hr in length). This will be interesting and will bring back memories to those of us who have been around since the beginning. In addition, we will have Board elections for the upcoming year. If you would like to be on the Board, please come and put your name in the hat. It only takes a short time each month to be on the Board. Most of our Board business has been done via email, so don't think it's a huge time-sink !! As usual, we will have a Q&A session - interesting questions always come up. And, compliments of ETMUG, we will be having sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Repeat - THERE WILL BE FOOD !! Some lucky member will even walk away with a door prize !! The meeting will be in the Goins Faculty Dining room at Pellissippi State at 6:30 PM on Tuesday 1/17. See you there !!

ETMUG meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month unless stated otherwise. ETMUGETMUG is the East Tennessee Macintosh Users Group also known as MacClique. We are a group of dedicated Macintosh users who gather at least once a month to share our knowledge and experiences with other users. We normally meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Faculty Dining Room in the Goins Auditorium Building on the Pellissippi State Community College campus. Our board usually meets a couple of weeks before the main meeting and any ETMUG member is welcome. Currently, we have about 40 members from a wide variety of professions and backgrounds and from many different cities in East Tennessee including Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Sevierville and Chattanooga. Guests are welcome at general meetings. |
