This month, Carl Beck will discuss backups with Time Machine, Apple's live backup solution.  He will compare this to Apple Backup and other backup solutions and also touch on Apple's new Time Capsule Wi-Fi/backup system.  Recently, Best Buy opened an Apple "store within a store" and Carl is Apple's representative at the local Best Buy.  He will update us on what this means for local Mac enthusiasts !!

The meeting will be on April 15 at 7:00 PM in McWherter 126 at Pellissippi State Technical Community College.  Note that you should check the website (www.etmug.org) if there is any question of weather related cancellations.

ETMUG

ETMUG is the East Tennessee Macintosh Users Group also known as MacClique. We are a group of dedicated Macintosh users who gather at least once a month to share our knowledge and experiences with other users. We normally meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm on the Pellissippi State Community College campus. The meetings will be held in the Ned McWherter Building, Room 126. Our board usually meets a couple of weeks before the main meeting and any ETMUG member is welcome. Currently, we have about 50 members from a wide variety of professions and backgrounds and from many different cities in East Tennessee including Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Sevierville and Chattanooga. Guests are welcome at general meetings.
